At Bhumikart.in, we value your trust and want you to feel confident while shopping with us. Since our products are handmade, natural, and eco-friendly, slight variations in color, size, and finish are normal and reflect the uniqueness of artisan work.
This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, or replacements are accepted.
✅ Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
A product is eligible for return or refund only if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
Customers must provide clear photographs or video proof of the damaged/defective item within 24 hours of delivery.
Products used, washed, altered, or without original packaging are not eligible for return.
Custom or personalized items are non-returnable, unless faulty.
📅 Return Window
Return requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.
After approval, the product must be shipped back within 7 days (instructions will be shared after verification).
💰 Refund Process
Once your return is approved and verified, a full refund will be initiated.
Refund will be processed to the original payment method (UPI, Razorpay, Paytm, Bank transfer, etc.) within 5–7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI (details will be collected securely).
🔄 Replacement Policy
If stock is available, you may choose a replacement instead of a refund.
In case the same product is unavailable, you may opt for an exchange with another item or a refund.
🚚 Return Shipping
If the return is due to a fault from our side (damaged, wrong product, or defective item), Bhumikart will bear the return shipping cost.
If returned for personal reasons (change of mind, dislike of color/design, etc.), shipping charges will be borne by the customer, and refund eligibility may not apply.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
Used or washed mats, lamps, or clay idols.
Customized sizes or special orders.
Discounted or clearance items.

Bhumikart.in reserves the right to deny returns if the product is found to be used, damaged by the customer, or without proper proof.
Slight variations in texture, weave, or color are part of handmade craftsmanship and not considered defects.
Refunds/returns will not be processed without proper photographic or video evidence.
